Coaching Experience
I have been coaching for 6-7 years. I currently coach at Dragons FC. I have been at the club for 4 years. I am the assistant coaching director at the club and I am the head coach for the G2006 and B2015.
In 2024, I joined Liverpool FC IA Washington as an assistant coach for the G2008 (GA - Girls Academy) The Girls Academy is the leading youth development platform for the best female soccer players in the United States. I have also taken a role in Washington's Elite Player Development program (EPD) as an assistant coach for the B2012. EPD identifies and selects players of the highest caliber and potential to get the opportunity to represent Washington state and the West region.

In 2023 I was hired as the new head coach at Highline College women's soccer, allowing me to step into the collegiate environment. In the 2023 season Highline did not have a soccer team. I was brought in to rebuild the soccer program. I recruited a whole new team of 20 players and we had our first season in Fall 2024. We finished our first season with a winning record (8W-4L-2T). In 2025, I led Highline College back to the NWAC Final for the first time since 2019. We finished with a winning record (15W-2L-3T) being one of the best teams on both sides of the ball. Ranking fourth in goals per game at 2.60 and tied for fifth in goals against at 0.82 and finishing with the fourth best winning percentage.
After our 2025 NWAC Season, I was voted as NWAC Coach of The Year by head coaches in the league.

Apart from doing club coaching. I run MM Futbol Academy, which provides Technical and Performance Training to youth and professional soccer players. MM Futbol Academy focuses on individual and group technical sessions. I believe technique is one of the most important things to play this game at a high level (along with the understanding of the game). Having a clean first touch makes the game a bit easier and allows you to play quicker. Aside from the technical part (1st Touch, Passing, Shooting, Dribbling, Heading). We also work on Awareness, Fitness, Foot Work and Brain exercises to help with decision making in games.

Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is positional play, possession based. I like my teams to dictate the game through ball possession.

Playing Background
My background includes playing soccer since the age of 8. During my club soccer stage, I played for local clubs in Washington, GRFC (PacNW), HPFC and Crossfire.
For my college career I played two years at Highline College where I served as the team captain for the T-Birds my last season. We finished the season with the most shutouts in the NWAC conference. I was also nominated for the NWAC All-Star Team. I then transferred and played a season in the NCAA, where I was a starter for Humboldt State University.
I have also played semi-professional indoor for Oly Town FC in the Western Indoor Soccer League (WISL). I had a short stay in Mexico where I played for Comision del Jugador. While in Mexico I was able to play against Atlas U20s and Lobos U20. I was also fortunate to spend a few months in Sweden where I played professionally for IFK Uddevalle.
